James has over twelve years’ experience as a lawyer, and brings a unique
perspective to his practice having begun his career working on behalf of large
insurance company clients.  James also spent over two years defending lawyers
sued for malpractice in a variety of contexts, ranging from bodily injury cases
gone awry, business litigation and transactions, to criminal defense matters.  
Drawing upon his broad experience, James provides aggressive and quality
legal representation to his clients, and strives to meet the unique needs of each
client.

James places an emphasis on trial practice and believes that trial experience
and a willingness to go to trial creates a significant advantage in not only

as most screens used in large school classrooms.  James also employs a laptop
computer and presentation software to drive the points of your case home, all
using a high resolution, high contrast, and high resolution projector.
